Kimberly Chandler, Advertising, Marketing and Custom Print Specialist: Born in New England, and raised in Florida, I originally planned to be in Reno temporarily. Thanks to a wonderful man who will one day be my husband, I'm here indefinitely. I hold down two jobs, one as a Producer for a local news station, and the other, a Mooner. It's here that I get to be original, creative, sassy and fun. Seeing the reactions of clients as I present my ideas on paper for their wedding ... is a joy unlike no other. And finding new, innovative ways to advertise in today's competitive world - a challenge - is one I aim to beat. I've been with the Moon for nearly three years, but I was bragging about it to anyone who would listen before I ever got a paycheck. It's just one of those places you can lose yourself in; from the extraordinary, incomparable gifts to the ability of making a bride's dream a reality. Designing invitations, thank you cards, stationery, or even a personal note is something that is different for every person that walks in the door, but for each of them, I want only the finest creations. That means truly working for the client, getting to know them, so you can figure out how to artfully represent them... without words. Then, sharing in their joy, for whatever occasion, by knowing you helped make that one day complete. I live with my aforementioned man, two cats, Cali and Bailey, two dogs, Tito and Barley and a bunch of tropical fish. And while I'm still learning the ins and outs of The Biggest Little City, I can't say I'm having a bad time at all.
Tasha Courtney, Sales and Custom Print Specialist: I am a Reno native planning to graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BA in Journalism. My emphasis is on advertising as I love coming up with new, creative ideas and advancing my computer skills. I live with two fabulous roommates and a goofy dog named Sprocket. I have been with Paper Moon for about a year and a half and still learn something new everyday. It’s easy to work in a place that you enjoy being a part of. Ask me about our jewelry selection, Papaya wall art or flat wallets and I promise I will make you love them just as much as I do! Although I am still learning my way around the Invitation books, I can sit down with you and design custom invitations and stationery with Envelopments and Waste Not Paper.
